Depression

Depression is one of the most common and most treatable mental health conditions in the world. Yet many people suffer in silence, unsure where to turn or hesitant to ask for help. At Vitology Health, we provide a safe, compassionate, judgment-free environment where patients can openly discuss their mental health and receive the care and support they deserve.

What Is Depression?

Depression (major depressive disorder) is a serious medical condition that affects how you feel, think, and handle daily activities. It is not a sign of weakness or a character flaw it is a health condition with biological, psychological, and social contributing factors that responds well to treatment.

- Sleep disturbances sleeping too much or difficulty sleeping
